Service Materials. The Customer will ensure the confidentiality, security, and proper use of all Service Materials, including tokens, login IDs, passkeys, passwords, pass phrases, personal verification questions, security answers and questions, and other Security Devices, and Electronic Channels used in connection with this Service. The Customer will immediately notify Royal Bank, verbally and in writing, if any Service Materials or Electronic Channels are lost or stolen or if there is any unusual, suspicious, actual or suspected fraudulent, or other unauthorized use in relation to this Service.

Service Materials. ExtraHop service representatives may use and store at Customer’s facility software, documentation, tools, test equipment, and other material to provide Support regarding the Covered Products (“Service Materials”). ExtraHop grants no title or license to the Service Materials and retains all right, title, and interest in the Service Materials. Nothing in this Agreement implies any grant or license by ExtraHop to Customer in the Service Materials. Customer will not use the Service Materials or make them available to third parties without ExtraHop’s prior written consent. ExtraHop may remove Service Materials at any time and Customer will give ExtraHop access to permit this removal.

Service Materials. Service materials, including proprietary Software tools and associated documentation used by COMPAQ or a service provider authorized by COMPAQ in the delivery of Services, remain the exclusive property of COMPAQ. CUSTOMER may use the service materials only for activities relating to the delivery of, and only during the term of, the applicable Services. Use of proprietary Software tools is subject to applicable license terms. CUSTOMER may not modify, remove or transfer the Service materials or make them or any resultant diagnosis or system management data available to other parties without COMPAQ’s prior written consent. Upon termination of the applicable Services, CUSTOMER will at COMPAQ’s option destroy or return all Service material in its possession. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. Replaced parts become the property of COMPAQ or the servic e provider.
Service Materials. 15.1.1.1 The Supplier shall provide or arrange for service materials, tools, documentation, diagnostics and test equipment necessary for the Services at its own cost. The Supplier shall provide information for Partner to check the compatibility of the service materials, tools, documentation, diagnostics and test equipment. The Supplier shall ensure that only qualified maintenance personnel carry out the works.
Service Materials. You shall be entitled to temporarily retain all Company documents, electronic files and other materials the Company expressly authorizes you in writing to retain in order to perform your services as a consultant to the Company (collectively, the “Service Materials”); provided, however, that you agree to return all Service Materials to the Company at the end of the Consulting Period or such other time requested by the Company. Within thirty (30) days after the end of the Consulting Period, if you used any personal computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, transmit, store or create any Company confidential or proprietary data, materials or information in connection with the performance of your consulting services, you shall provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of all such confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, permanently delete and expunge such confidential or proprietary information from those systems, and make any such system available to the Company for inspection to ensure compliance with this provision.
