Shared Services Operational Costs. 2.1 Subject to Part 2 of this Schedule 4, the annual costs of each Shared Service will be set and agreed by the Joint Committee:

Shared Services Operational Costs. The annual cost of each shared service will be set and agreed by the Joint Committee. Each Council will contribute the following proportion of the annual cost of each service, based on the differences in workload. It is assumed that these % differences will be applied till the end of FY08/09. From FY09/10, the workload metrics will be recalculated based on the previous years actual workload. Any changes to the approach of sharing operational costs between the Councils will be agreed with the Joint Committee once shared services is fully operational.

  • Shared Services 5.1.1 ETFO agrees to adopt a shared services model that will allow other Trusts to join the shared services model. The shared services office of the Trust is responsible for the services to support the administration of benefits for the members, and to assist in the delivery of benefits on a sustainable, efficient and cost effective basis.

  • Operational Costs The allowable direct expenses incurred by a Network Service Provider in performing its contracted functions and delivering its contracted services.

  • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement.   • Covered Services Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement may involve the performance of trade work covered by the provisions of Section 6.22(e) [Prevailing Wages] of the Administrative Code or Section 21C [Miscellaneous Prevailing Wage Requirements] (collectively, “Covered Services”). The provisions of Section 6.22(e) and 21C of the Administrative Code are incorporated as provisions of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and will apply to any Covered Services performed by Contractor and its subcontractors.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that:

  • Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.
