Sharing Criteria. As Section 4. Scope of sharing purpose summary’ : IWC will be permitted access to relevant information stored by NHS colleagues on the PARIS patient record system. IWC staff will record information on the PARIS system, which can then be accessed by NHS colleagues. Due to the fact that not all historical information will not migrated to the PARIS system IWC staff will in addition be able to access relevant and proportionate historical information stored on the SWIFT client record system for the foreseeable future in order to make informed decisions.
