Sheds. Sheds must be factory fabricated metal or Rubbermaid. Sheds must be no larger than 80 sq. ft. Maximum shed therefore is 10x8. Only 1 shed per site. No wooden sheds, lean to's etc. allowed. Grangeways Inc. and its management and employees reserve the right to inspect the contents stored in a shed. No resale or gifting of used sheds.

Sheds. Maximum floor area permitted is 60 square feet and the height should not exceed 7’6” (2.28m). The shed will be painted dark green or treated with a timber preservative. Framework clad in overlapping timber weatherboards. Roof boarding covered with mineralised roofing felt.
Sheds. No shed may be occupied as a dwelling. Only one shed is permitted on the Land. All sheds constructed on the Land must: (i) be constructed behind the main dwelling building line; (ii) not detract from the visual amenity of adjacent or adjoining properties in the Estate; (iii) be screened by landscaping, trellis’ or similar structures; (iv) have certified engineering plans; (v) be of a colour that matches or complements the house; (vi) not exceed a height of 3 metres for external walls and 4.5 metres at the ridgeline; (vii) have a total floor area not exceeding 100 m2 ;and (viii) be approved by Council.

(b) in the case of a shed which will have a floor area of more than eight (8) square metres, the shed must be designed and constructed so as to complement – • in shape, the shape of the house; and • in materials and colour, the materials and colours used in the external wall surfaces and roof of the house. (c) the maximum floor area of the proposed structure must not exceed twenty (20) square metres.
Sheds. If the Council has provided or provides at any time in the future, a shed on the allotment garden or near to the allotment garden for the use of the Tenant, such shed remaining the property of the Council, then the Tenant must; maintain and keep the shed in good repair and in a watertight condition with the base of the shed clear of soil or any other material

Sheds. 12.1 Written permission from the Council is required to erect ANY shed or other type of storage facility on site. The applicant must provide the Council with full details before any construction work is undertaken. 12.2 A shed or storage facility must be in keeping with the allotment environment having regard to size, aesthetics and materials used. 12.3 The Council’s consent is subject to tenants obtaining any appropriate planning permission needed and compliance with any applicable building control regulations. 12.4 The Tenant is liable for any costs in relation to compliance with planning and building control regulations. Any liability associated with failure to comply with current planning and building control regulations is the responsibility of the Tenant. 12.5 Where the Council give permission, this will be for the erection of one shed or storage facility per full plot. 12.6 `No construction of any kind will be permitted which uses corrugated sheets of iron and is of an ad hoc nature. 12.7 All sheds must only be used in connection with the use and management of allotment plots and must be maintained in a good state of repair and condition. 12.8 If the Council is not satisfied with the state of repair, it may require the Tenant to remove the shed. 12.9 Sheds must not be installed on a permanent base, the structure and the base must be removable to enable clearance at the end of the tenancy.
Sheds. A maximum of one shed is permitted not to exceed 9 ft x 10 ft and must be maintained in good condition. No carport like structures, garage-in-a-box, or Shelter Logic are permitted and will be required to be removed immediately.
