Shift Differential - Compensation. Employees of the bargaining unit, whose 20 major portion of their regularly assigned scheduled work shift is after 3:00 p.m., shall be paid a shift differential of fifty cents (.50¢) per hour for all hours worked.

Shift Differential - Compensation. Employees of 9.6.1 Any employee in the bargaining unit, Bargaining Unit whose 20 major portion of their regularly assigned scheduled work shift is after 3:00 p.m., has four or more hours between 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight shall be paid a shift differential premium of fifty sixty-five cents (.50¢$.65) per hour above the regular rate of pay for all hours workedof the shift worked which includes a duty-free meal period of not less than 1/2 hours within the 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight period (see Ed. Code 88180b).
