Shift Penalty Rates. (i) An employee when working on afternoon shift will be paid a loading of 15% of the hourly rate for the classification in which the employee is employed. (ii) An employee when working on night shift will be paid a loading of 20% of the hourly rate for the classification in which the employee is employed.
