Short-term and long. term care leave 1. With regard to the short-term and long-term care leave Aegon applies the statutory scheme in conformity with the Dutch Work and Care Act. The pension accrual is continued in full during the care leave with preservation of the usual distribution of the pension contribution between the employee and Aegon. 3. During the period of short-term care leave payment of the employee’s salary is continued for 70%. The budget remains based on the original monthly salary. 4.
