Shortage Allowance. An allowance of $240.00 at the end of each calendar year for the term of this Agreement, to defray shortages incurred will be paid to present employees who during the calendar year worked in one of the classifications listed below: Ticket & Information Clerks Vault Clerks This allowance is reduced on a pro-rata basis to the closest month for employees who enter this classification after January 1st, or who leave the service of the Commission or transfer to a new classification before December 31st. At the end of each calendar year an allowance of $15.00 to defray shortage incurred will be paid to present employees who during the calendar year worked as a clerk on the afternoon or night shift in the collectors office who are responsible for cash and fare transactions when Vault Clerks are not on duty. Overages that cannot be traced are to remain the property of the Commission. The shortage allowance shall be paid in January of each year to cover the previous calendar year.

Shortage Allowance i) As Driver/Salesmen/Deliverymen and Wholesale Rum Deliverymen work in pairs and are jointly responsible for shortages (which are deductible from emoluments) a monthly shortage allowance of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) each is added to their emoluments. ii) A shortage allowance of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per month each will be paid to two (2) employees at the Retail Liquor Store who handle money receipts. iii) Restaurant Cashiers will be paid a shortage allowance of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per month. It is understood and agreed that all Station Collectors and Subway Suppliers are responsible for Commission funds that are placed in their care or to which they have access. It is understood and agreed that the employee will repay to the Commission any shortages in such funds on demand and it is a condition of continued employment that the employee sign an agreement to that effect.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00)) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours.   • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).
