Laundering. The Corporation shall pay each full-time employee once each calendar year two hundred ($200.00) dollars to assist in defraying the cost of personal laundering. The payment shall be made no later than January 31st of each year.
Laundering. If laundering is the responsibility of each such employee, the employee will be reimbursed $40.00 quarterly for such costs.

The operations of the Borrower, each JV Holdco and the Subsidiaries are and have been conducted at all times in material compliance with applicable financial recordkeeping and reporting requirements including those of the Bank Secrecy Act, as amended by the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Patriot Act”), and the applicable anti-money laundering statutes of jurisdictions where the Borrower and its Subsidiaries conduct business, the rules and regulations thereunder and any related or similar rules, regulations or guidelines, issued, administered or enforced by any governmental agency (collectively, the “Money Laundering Laws”), and no material action, suit or proceeding by or before any court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Borrower, any JV Holdco or any of the Subsidiaries with respect to the Money Laundering Laws is pending or, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, threatened.
Laundering. In the event the City, in its discretion, elects to contract with a laundering service, the cost of laundering said uniforms, through outside laundering services, shall be as follows: 75% cost to be paid by the City and 25% cost to be paid by the employee.
Laundering. Tar or bitumen soiled clothing will be laundered fortnightly at the Council’s expense.
Laundering. The employer shall issue protective clothing where required. If the Employer does not provide cleaning (laundering facilities), each employee will be paid $2.00 per week for the care of protective clothing. The Employer will review protective clothing requirements on an annual basis or in the case of an emergency.
Laundering. 1. Uniform laundering shall be the responsibility of the University. Employees are required to use the Laundry service unless otherwise specified.
Laundering. 16.1 In relation to all Application that you submit to us, you will ensure that:
16.1.1 evidence of the identity of all Clients in respect of which you have introduced a Application to us will have been obtained and such evidence of identity shall be recorded in accordance with AML Requirements and any of our requirements in respect of anti-money laundering from time to time notified to you;
16.1.2 you will identify the Clients and will, without detracting from your obligations referred to above, forward to us and the Underwriter with the documents for the transaction such duly completed documentation relating to verification of the third party’s identity as we or our Nominated Representative shall require from time to time; and
16.1.3 upon demand, in the interests of investigating or preventing financial crime, you will provide information in respect of any third party for whom you have acted, you will use reasonable endeavours to do so.
