Common use of Sick and Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Sick and Personal Leave. The Superintendent shall be granted fifteen (15) sick leave days and, in addition, shall be granted four (4) personal leave days per year.

Sick and Personal Leave. The Superintendent shall be granted fifteen entitled to twelve (1512) days of sick leave days and, in addition, shall be granted and four (4) days of personal leave days per year, such leave to be credited and available for use on the effective date of this Agreement and on July 1 of each year thereafter. Unused personal days may not be carried forward. Unused sick leave days may be carried forward and accumulate without limit. Upon termination of employment, the Board will pay $100 per day for accumulated sick/personal days to a maximum of one hundred (100) days.
