SICK/BEREAVEMENT LEAVE. Section 19.1. Sick leave shall be earned and credited at the rate of ten (10) hours for each month in active pay status, including paid vacations, sick leave and injury leave, but not during a leave of absence without pay, layoff, disciplinary suspension, or while in overtime status. Unused sick leave shall accumulate to a limit of two thousand-eighty (2080) hours.
