Common use of Sick Leave and Cumulative Sick Leave Plan Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Cumulative Sick Leave Plan. (a) An employee transferring from another system shall begin his/her service with the Board with the cumulative sick leave credit to which he/she is entitled in accordance with the Education Act. Any employee transferring credits to the Greater Essex County District School Board Cumulative Sick Leave Plan shall provide a statement in writing duly signed by the former employer, certifying the number of days to the employee’s credit in the fund from which the transfer is to be made.
