Common use of Sick Leave Committee Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Committee. The governing committee of the sick leave bank shall consist of three teachers appointed by the teachers association and two administrators appointed by the superintendent. The decision of the committee could be to grant the whole request or to grant any part of a request. The total days granted shall not exceed the number of days accumulated in the bank. The decision of the committee may be appealed to the Board.
