Sick Leave Committee. The State and the Union agree to establish a committee to study the feasibility of alternatives and options to the existing sick leave benefit structure. The committee shall consist of up to three members appointed by the State and three members appointed by the Coalition. The committee will meet on a bi-monthly basis. The committee will discuss alternatives to the existing sick leave policies and structure and alternatives such as group short term disability insurance.
