Sick Leave Defined. When taken ill or incapacitated the Employee shall notify his Supervisor or her/his designate four (4) hours before his/her shift commences if reasonably possible, except for Employees on a morning shift where at least one (1) hours notice will be provided in accordance with Article 14.04(B) and 14.04(C)given.
