Common use of Sick Leave Exchange Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Exchange. In addition to the five days of personal leave, a teacher who ends the previous school year with at least 149 days (1043 hours) of avail- able sick leave may, upon written request to the District, exchange a maximum of six days of that year’s sick leave grant for one additional day of personal leave.
