Sick Leave Incentive Program. Employees accruing sick leave hours in excess of eight hundred (800) hours may annually elect one of the following options with respect to such excess hours accrued on or after November 1st of each year: (1) Accumulation option: continue to accumulate sick leave hours in accordance with Article 14.1;

Sick Leave Incentive Program. Employees accruing sick leave hours in excess of eight hundred (800) hours may annually elect during November of each year any one of the following options with respect to such excess hours accrued on or after November 1st of each the previous year:
(1) Accumulation option: continue to accumulate sick leave hours in accordance with Article Section 14.1;
(2) Compensation option: be compensated for all accumulated hours in excess of eight hundred (800) hours at fifty percent (50%) of their regular salary rate;
(3) Combination option: combine the accumulation option and compensation option with fifty percent (50%) allotted to each.
