Accumulated Vacation Time. Vacation will be accrued on a monthly basis. Accumulated vacation time shall be printed on pay stubs.
Accumulated Vacation Time. If due to scheduling or sick leave, vacations cannot be taken in the year scheduled and with the written approval of the Fire Chief and the Mayor, are accumulated and taken in the next subsequent year, the rate of vacation pay shall be the rate of pay during the year taken.

The current practice of Administrators being allowed to accumulate up to sixty (60) days of unused vacation and being paid for any such accumulated unused vacation days at their per diem rate of pay, at the time of termination of employment, either voluntarily or involuntarily, shall continue and the per diem rate of pay would be computed on the basis of the average per diem during tenure in Madison as an Administrator. New hires (hired into the bargaining unit on or after July 1, 2012) may also accumulate up to sixty (60) days of unused vacation; and may, at the time of separation from the system, either voluntarily or involuntarily, be paid up to thirty (30) accumulated unused vacation days, and the per diem rate of pay would be based upon the current rate of pay. B. Effective 7/1/06, new administrative hires will have their vacation days posted each year as follows:
Accumulated Vacation Time. Section 1. A bargaining unit member shall be allowed to accumulate up to three (3} years unused vacation time during his/her career as provided in accordance to Section 124.13 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 2. This vacation time can be used as provided in Article 12. If said accumulated vacation time is unused upon retirement, then said employee shall be paid for the value of said accrued but unused vacation time. Such payment shall be based on the employee's rate of pay at the time he/she accumulated the vacation time. The maximum payment that may be made under this Agreement shall be for three (3) years accumulated unused vacation time.
Accumulated Vacation Time. If this Agreement is terminated by either Company or the Executive, then the Company will pay the Executive for any unused vacation time accumulated during the current year (on a pro rata basis for partial years) plus any unused approved carry-over vacation time from the prior year, if applicable, to which the Executive is entitled under Section 4.5.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation.   • Unused Vacation ASF Members may accumulate unused vacation to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year each ASF Member's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less, unless the President determines that the ASF Member is unable to utilize vacation leave because of the requirements of the individual’s assignment or because of physical incapacity. This reduction must be accomplished on or before last day of the fiscal year. If this reduction is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the ASF Member’s accumulation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours effective on the last day of the fiscal year, and the amount of accumulation over two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours will transfer to the ASF Member’s bank of lapsed sick leave (See Article 18, section C, Subd.2). Vacation leave accrued during the pay period that includes the last day of a fiscal year, will be credited to each ASF Member’s balance after deductions are made for vacation used and/or reduced pursuant this Subdivision.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company.   • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency. (b) When, during any vacation period, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred thereby by himself/herself, in proceeding to his/her place of duty and in returning to the place from which he/she was recalled upon resumption of vacation, upon submission of receipts (except for meals) to the Employer. (c) Time necessary for travel in returning to his/her place of duty and returning again to the place from which he/she was recalled shall not be counted against his/her remaining vacation entitlement.
