Common use of Sick Leave Pay Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Pay Entitlement. (a) An Employee shall not be entitled to apply sick leave credits prior to the completion of five hundred and three point seven five (503.75) hours worked since she last commenced employment as a Regular or Temporary Employee.
