Common use of Sick Leave Plan Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Plan. A full-time employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of ten days per year (0.83 days per month) for each month of service in which pay was received for at least ten days. Sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of 175 days. A part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis.
