Sick Leave Pool. 14.1 Pursuant to Section 1012.61(3), F.S. the Board agrees to provide a sick leave pool program for the benefit of all District EMPLOYEES as provided in Board Policy 3430.07. 14.2 UNION participation shall be as stated in Article 3.1. 1.3 The UNION shall have two (2) representatives on the Sick Leave Pool Appeals Committee.
