Sick Leave Records. A record of all unused sick leave will shall be kept by OC. Immediately after the close of each calendar year, each employee shall receive a record from OC and of their accumulated sick leave credit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on receipt of written application, an employee shall be available on-line advised of the amount of sick leave accrued to employeestheir credit.
