Common use of SICK LEAVE TIME BANK Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE TIME BANK. In the event that an employee dies who has had a time bank established in his name, the remaining value of the time left in the bank will be treated in accordance with Administrative Procedure II-29 (Catastrophic Illness, Injury) or Administrative Procedure II-49 (Employee Assistance).
