Vacation – Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees shall accrue vacation leave on a pro-rata basis; usage and accrual shall be governed by the same rules and regulations applicable to full-time employees.
Vacation – Part-Time Employees. A. A part-time employee is entitled to the equivalent number of vacation allotment as a full-time employee; however, the manner of computation shall be based on the number of hours worked per month. Therefore, a part-time employee will be entitled to vacation as follows:

All part-time employees shall be paid vacation pay based on the following formula: Start of employment 4% of earnings More than 1 yr. of continuous service 6% of earnings More than 5 yrs. of continuous service 8% of earnings More than 13 yrs. of continuous service 10% of earnings More than 22 yrs. of continuous service 12% of earnings More than 28 yrs. Of continuous service 14% of earnings *note – this provision is effective April 1, 2007 In May of each year the Hospital will provide a statement to each part-time employees of their percentage vacation entitlement. An employee, who leaves the employ of the Hospital for any reason, shall be paid the vacation allowance due to them at the time of their termination as provided herein.
Vacation – Part-Time Employees. 20.01 The Employer shall give to each employee a vacation of two (2) weeks upon the completion of each twelve (12) months of employment.
20.02 The amount of pay for such vacation shall be equal to four (4%) percent of the wages of the employee in the twelve (12) months of employment for which the vacation is given.
20.03 An employee who has completed five (5) years of continuous service with the Employer will be entitled to three (3) weeks vacation at six (6%) percent of their gross earnings.
20.04 Vacation pay shall be given to the employee at the end of each fiscal year of the Employer which is currently October 31st, or at any time otherwise required by the provisions of The Employment Standards Act of Ontario, and amendments thereto.
Vacation – Part-Time Employees. (a) Part-time employees shall be entitled to vacation pay based on a percentage of their basic hourly rate consistent with their seniority as follows: less than 3 years 4% 3 years but less than 5 years 6% 5 years but less than 15 years 8% 15 years but less than 25 years 10% 25 years or more 12%
(b) Part-time employees must take a minimum of two (2) weeks vacation per year and may request additional vacation time in accordance with their seniority, however, the maximum time granted during the month of March or between June 15 and September 15 shall be two (2) weeks. Since part-time employees receive vacation pay in advance of their vacation, i.e. with their regular pay, there shall be no further compensation owed to the employee upon the taking of her vacation.
Vacation – Part-Time Employees. All casual and regular part-time Home Cleaners shall be entitled to vacation pay of four percent (4%) in accordance with Article 18.03 of the Collective Agreement.
Vacation – Part-Time Employees. All part-time Shift Care/Supportive Care workers shall be entitled to vacation pay of four percent (4%) in accordance with Article 18.03 of the Collective Agreement.

Vacation – Part-Time Employees. Twelve (12) month part-time employees who have completed three (3) or more years of service will receive an annual paid vacation of one (1) week.
