Common use of Sick Leave Utilization Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Utilization. Sick leave is only to be used for absences due to illness or injury. Sick leave shall be utilized in a minimum of one hour increments. Employees working ten (10) or twelve (12) hour shifts will be required to utilize ten (10) or twelve (12) hours accordingly when utilizing full days of sick leave.
