Signage and Décor. The User agrees not to affix décor or signage to Village property with adhesive tape, nails, screws or staple guns and agrees to remove all décor or signage directly following the event.
Signage and Décor. No signage and décor will be affixed to Licensor’s facilities with nails, screws, staple guns, or adhesives. All banners, signs, and decorations can only be mounted, hung, or attached in such a way as to not cause any residual damage and must be removed immediately following the Event. If any repairs need to be made to the Event Space as a result of Licensee's noncompliance to this term, Licensee shall pay Licensor for any such damage, repairs, or replacements upon demand by Licensor.

When decorating, the following is NOT permitted: • Tape (packing, duct) mac tac, poster putty, nails, screws, staples, push pins or tacks of any kind. The only acceptable tape is masking or painters' tape. • NO CONFETTI in or around the building or parking lot. This includes handheld confetti/streamer poppers. • NO TABLE GLITTER OR SPARKLES permitted. (Additional cleaning fees may be applied) • Effective Jan. 2024, hanging items from the ceiling and/or ceiling draping, is no longer permitted. • No candles (open flame) permitted other than battery operated. • No fireworks permitted. Decorations, signage and any equipment used during the event must be removed by completion of the rental period. Please ensure time is allowed for this before the rental period ends. Anything left behind for later pick up must have prior approval from the Facility Manager.

The User agrees that the rental facility will be left clean and in an organized fashion. Smoking is prohibited in Village facilities and within 3 meters of doors, opening windows and air intakes.
