Signage Policy. 1. Homes will be free of interior and exterior signage except where approved by the Association. No sign in violation of the Association’s signage specifications will be allowed in the Parade home.

Signage Policy. Entry signs will be available for pick up at the HBA Office on April 9th, 10th & 11th (prior to judging). The entry yard sign must be placed in front of my Parade entry on April 12th and will be left up for the duration of the event. I understand that “Directional” signs will be available to pick up April 15th, 16th & 17th. I will remove my yard sign in a timely mannerdirectional signs may not be displayed PRIOR to the beginning of the Parade on April 20th or AFTER the Parade on April 28th, 5pm. Do not place signs in the right of way. We recommend bringing signs in each evening. I understand that the ‘entry’ and ‘directional’ signs are to be taken back to the Flagler HBA Office immediately after the Parade. I understand that if I use all or part of a parade sign including logo to promote my own non-parade home during the Parade, I could be prohibited from entering future parades.

  • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Title Policy Seller shall furnish to Buyer at ❑ Seller’s ❑ Xxxxx’s expense an owner policy of title insurance (Title Policy) issued by (Title Company) in the amount of the Sales Price, dated at or after closing, insuring Buyer against loss under the provisions of the Title Policy, subject to the promulgated exclusions (including existing building and zoning ordinances) and the following exceptions:

  • Title Insurance Policy In all cases, the Seller undertakes to remove any encumbrance that will materially interfere with the procurement of a title insurance policy or financing necessary for the purchase of the Property, whether the same is included in the above enumeration or not. Further, the Seller undertakes to, in good faith, cooperate with and assist the Buyer fully in obtaining a title insurance policy. The Seller shall be obligated to take all legal and reasonably necessary action in order to procure such title insurance policy but shall not incur any additional liability in relation thereto. If the title to the Property is not in a condition that is compliant with the above, if the Seller fails or refuses to comply with the Seller’s obligations under this section, or if the Parties are unable to obtain a title insurance policy, the Buyer may, in the Buyer’s sole discretion, accept the title as it is and proceed with the purchase under this Agreement, or terminate this Agreement and recover the Xxxxxxx Money, costs incurred in relation to this Agreement and .

Safe use of your PayPal account You should take reasonable steps to stop your PayPal account being misused. You must maintain adequate security and control of any and all devices, items, IDs, passwords and personal identification numbers / codes that you use to access your PayPal account and the PayPal services. Please see our Key Payment and Service Information for guidelines. You must comply with all reasonable instructions we may issue regarding how you can keep your Payment Instrument safe. We may require you to authenticate any instruction relating to your account (i.e. give us the information that we need to be sure that it’s you giving us the instruction, such as submitting your correct log-in information – this could include your e-mail address and password) and otherwise successfully log into your PayPal account to provide to us your instruction. You must keep your postal address, email address and other contact information current in your PayPal account profile. You may expressly grant, remove and manage permissions for some third parties to take certain actions on your behalf. In some cases you can do this when logged into your account – in other cases you can do this directly with the third party. You acknowledge that if you grant permission for a third party to take actions on your behalf, we may disclose certain information about your Account to this third party. You may permit third party service providers licensed by applicable law to: • provide account information services to access information about your account on your behalf; • confirm whether an amount necessary for the execution of a card-based payment transaction is available on your account; or • provide payment initiation services to initiate payments from your account on your behalf. Granting permission to any third party to access your account in any way does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this user agreement. You are liable to us for the actions that you authorise the third parties to carry out. You will not hold us responsible for, and you will indemnify us from, any liability arising from the actions or inactions of such third parties in connection with the permissions you granted, subject to your mandatory legal rights. Closing Your PayPal Account You can close your account at any time. See the PayPal Help Centre for how to do this. We may close your account at our convenience by providing you with two months’ prior notice. We may also close your account at any time if:

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.
