Site Cleanup. Contractor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed. Upon completion of the work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean, safe and unobstructed condition.

Site Cleanup. PYRO SHOWS shall be responsible for basic cleanup of the launch area to include policing of the fallout zone for any unexploded ordnance and removal of all large paper debris, wood, wire, foil, racks, mortars and firing equipment used in the setup for the show. Customer shall be responsible for cleanup of debris located in and around fallout zone.
Site Cleanup. 2.8.1 Design-Build Subcontractor shall at all times keep the Site reasonably free from debris, trash and construction wastes resulting from the performance of the Work. Upon Substantial Completion of the Work, or a portion of the Work, Design-Build Subcontractor shall remove all debris, trash, construction wastes, materials, equipment, machinery and tools arising from the Work or applicable portions thereof to permit Owner to occupy the Project or a portion of the Project for its intended use.
Site Cleanup. All trash, debris, and waste materials shall be removed from the site and disposed of by the Contractor at a licensed waste disposal or recycling facility, on a regular basis. Promptly upon the completion of the construction work, all scrap, trash, waste materials, and debris resulting from the Work shall be removed from the site. All Contractor-owned facilities, materials, and construction plant shall be removed from the site. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean the site, removing all accumulations of dirt, dust, waste, oil, grease, and other foreign substances. At the completion of the Work, all lawn and rock areas shall be clean and smooth. Debris shall be picked up by hand, if necessary, to accomplish said cleanup. If any materials require special disposal methods pursuant to law or regulation, Contractor shall maintain all documentation which proves compliance and shall provide that documentation to LES upon request.

Site Cleanup. The following Site Cleanups shall be completed during Phase 1. See Exhibit D, MTCA Site Locator Map, which is attached and incorporated herein, for locations of MTCA sites. Liability and contribution related to these sites is not the subject of this Agreement. Agreements and allocations of liability regarding the sites listed below is the subject of that certain Interlocal Agreement for the Acquisition of the Chevron Property and the Colony Wharf Property and the Remediation of the Cornwall Avenue Landfill Site and the Central Waterfront Site by and between the City and Port, dated December 14, 2005 (the “Remediation Agreement”) and of that certain Interlocal Agreement for the Exchange of Real Property by and between the Port of Bellingham and the City of Bellingham, dated October 24, 2012 (the “Property Exchange Agreement”). The City and Port are not currently parties to any agreements regarding liability or contribution allocation for the Georgia-Pacific West Site, the
