SITE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. (a) For any Site wide issues, the Employee Grievance Procedure operates as follows: Step 1 The issue must be progressed in accordance with paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) above. Step 2 If not resolved and Site management believes the matter will impact on more than one employer or the Site generally, the matter must be referred to the Site or CMA Employee Relations (ER) Manager. Step 3 The ER Manager will convene a meeting between the relevant parties to resolve the issue. However, if the ER Manager considers it is not a Site issue, it will be referred back to CMA for resolution in accordance with the “Employee Grievance Procedure”. Step 4 If the Site issue remains unresolved within two days of the conference, either party may refer the matter to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for resolution through conciliation or arbitration. (b) While this procedure is being pursued work must continue as normal.
