Site Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of the Lease Supplement with respect to each Site shall consist of (a) an interim period (the "Interim Term") commencing on and including the Site Acquisition Date for such Site and ending on but not including the earlier of (i) the Completion Date for such Site or (ii) such Site becoming subject to this Lease pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Construction Agency Agreement, (b) a base term (the "Base Term") commencing on and including the last day of the Interim Term for such Site (such day, the "Base Term Commencement Date") and ending on but not including the fifth anniversary of the Document Closing Date, and (c) if exercised and approved pursuant to each of the terms and conditions of Section 2.14 of the Participation Agreement, each Lease Renewal Term (the Interim Term, the Base Term and the Lease Renewal Terms, if any, with respect to a Site collectively the "Site Term").

Site Term. The initial term for a Site (the “Site Initial Term”) commences on the Billing Date for such Site and continues thereafter for the period of time set forth in the Agreement. After the Site Initial Term, the Site Term shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month renewal terms (the “Site Renewal Term(s)”) on each anniversary of the applicable Billing Date. The Site Initial Term and Site Renewal Terms are collectively called the “Site Term”. There is no automatic renewal clause for the Enterprise Compliance Management Services. The Parties may agree to subsequent Renewal Terms for the Agreement where additional Fees and Charges will apply.
Site Term. The term of the Site Lease Supplement with respect to each Site (the "Site Term") shall begin on the Site Acquisition Date for such Site and shall end on the date (such date, the "Site Expiration Date") which is the earlier of (i) the day preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Site Acquisition Date, or, if the Site Term is renewed in accordance with Article XXI hereof, the day preceding the anniversary date, requested by Lessee pursuant to Section 21.1, of the Site Renewal Effective Date, (ii) the date on which such Site Lease Supplement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease or (iii) the Maturity Date.
Site Term. The Corporation leases to the District and the District leases from the Corporation, certain real property (the “Site”), which is located in the County of Xxxxx, State of California, and is described more fully in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The Lease Agreement is for a term commencing on the Delivery Date, as set forth therein, and shall terminate on December 15, 2030, unless such term is extended or sooner terminated as provided therein.

  • Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust or the Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund. The aforesaid requirement that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Site Inspection Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.

  • Commencement of Term The Term commences upon the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE; TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective as of April 5, 2005 (the "Effective Date"). Executive's employment shall continue on the terms provided herein until April 4, 2008 (the "End Date"), subject to earlier termination as provided herein (such period of employment hereinafter called the "Employment Period").

In the event Buyer elects to terminate this Agreement, Buyer shall provide written notice of termination to Seller prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period. In the event Buyer provides said notice of termination, Seller and any Escrow Agent shall be obligated to return the Escrow Money to the Buyer as provided in Section V hereof, and neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement. In the event Buyer does not submit written notice of termination prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period, the Buyer shall be deemed to be satisfied with its inspections of the Property and this contingency shall be deemed to be fulfilled. The Seller, at no expense, shall fully cooperate with Buyer in obtaining any and all approvals required from any Federal, State, or Local Government ("Governmental Approvals") necessary for Buyer to satisfy their needs during the Inspection Period for the suitability of the Property. Said Governmental Approvals shall be obtained during the Inspection Period unless the Parties agree otherwise. Any additional agreements related to this Section must be done in writing and attached to this Agreement.
