Sixth Day Overtime/Part-Time. Part-time employees shall be paid time and one-half (1½) for all work performed on the sixth (6th) day of work as such, in any regular workweek. This paragraph shall not apply when a part-time employee desires, in writing, to work on a sixth (6th) workday at straight time and the Union and Employer agree in writing.
