Small Business Enterprises. The County endeavors to obtain the participation of all small business enterprises pursuant to Sections 2- 8.

Small Business Enterprises. The Board recognizes the desirability, need and importance to the City and County of Denver of encouraging the development of Small Business Enterprises (SBEs). The Consultant agrees to make a good faith effort to involve SBEs in the Work if and when the opportunity arises.
Small Business Enterprises. The County endeavors to obtain the participation of all small business enterprises pursuant to Sections 2-8.2, 2-8.2.3 and 2-8.2.4 of the County Code and Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations. By acceptance of any contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with all antitrust laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
Small Business Enterprises. 14.1 Contractor hereby agrees and obligates itself to utilize the services of the Small Business Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “SBE”) firms designated in its proposal on the level designated in its proposal (specifically, %) SBE Subcontractor/Sub-consultant level of participation for the required Project/Program designated Work/Services).
14.2 Contractor hereby further agrees and obligates itself to strictly comply with all of the Rules and Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) of LAWA’s Small Business Enterprise Pilot Program (hereinafter referred to as “Program”).
14.3 Failure to comply with any of the Program’s requirements shall subject the Contractor to the “Penalties” set forth in the Program’s Rules.
14.4 Contractor shall submit, on a monthly basis, together with its invoice for payment, the SBE Utilization Form listing the SBE Subcontractors/Sub-consultants utilized during the reporting period. Contractor shall cooperate with LAWA personnel in providing such information as shall be requested by LAWA in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section. City will not process or pay Contractor’s subsequent invoices if the SBE Utilization Forms are not timely submitted or if the Contractor fails to cooperate with LAWA personnel by promptly providing any and all information related to SBE participation requested by LAWA.
14.5 Failure to comply with any of the terms of this Section (or terms of this Agreement) shall constitute a material breach of contract and may result in the Contractor being deemed “Non-Responsible.” (Section 10.40 et seq. of the Los Angeles Administrative Code).
Small Business Enterprises. Contractor shall designate the percentage of the work (including the cost of materials, goods and supplies) identified by the City for City of St. Petersburg- certified Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) or make a good faith effort to do so.
Small Business Enterprises. CONTRACTOR will use best efforts to have 40% of the contracted work performed by City of Milwaukee Small Business Enterprises as defined in Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, Chapter 370.

Small Business Enterprises. Provider is subject to City’s ordinance, DRMC Chapter 28, Article III (MBE/WBE Ordinance) which prohibits discrimination in the awarding of contracts and subcontracts and directs the DSBO Director to establish goals for MBE and WBE participation in the preconstruction and construction of City-owned facilities. The goal for this Agreement is ( %). Project goals must be met with certified MBE and WBE participants or by demonstrating good faith efforts under the MBE/WBE Ordinance. The Provider must comply with the terms and conditions of the MBE/WBE Ordinance in soliciting and contracting with its sub-contractors and sub-contractors in administering the performance of the work hereunder. It shall be an ongoing, affirmative obligation of the Provider to maintain, at a minimum, compliance with the originally achieved level of MBE/WBE participation upon which this Agreement was awarded ( %), for the duration of this Agreement, unless City initiates a material alteration to the Scope of Work.
Small Business Enterprises. The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to utilize qualified and available Small Business Enterprises (SBE) to the extent required by § 28-205, et seq., D.R.M.C.
