SMARTCARDS. If the Franchisee introduces a smartcard scheme for use by passengers, whether on a permanent or trial basis, it shall ensure that any such scheme is compliant with any specification and operating requirement of the Integrated Transport Smartcard Organisation.

SMARTCARDS. A “SmartCard” is the conditional access card inserted or incorporated into your Receiver as part of the System. The SmartCard is owned and used by Xxxx TV to authorize reception of Programming and is not transferable. You acknowledge and shall comply with the provisions of the RCA, including those pertaining to SmartCards. Your SmartCard will work only in the System with which it was packaged. All SmartCards remain our property and any tampering or other unauthorized modification to a SmartCard may result in, and subject you to, legal action or any other action available to us by contract, statute, common or civil law or equity. If you attempt to use the SmartCard with any other System without our authorization, we may terminate your right to receive and view the programming. We may require that you return the SmartCard to us if it is defective or damaged, prior to providing a replacement SmartCard to you. In addition, we may require that you return the SmartCard to us if you terminate your Xxxx TV account, and failure to do so will result in a recovery charge being assessed against you. We may, in our sole discretion, implement a mandatory recall, substitution or replacement of existing SmartCards, by notice to you that we will replace, at our expense, the existing SmartCard in your possession and deliver to you a replacement SmartCard. You shall within 7 days of our notice to you of the recall, return the recalled SmartCard and activate the replacement SmartCard. We will charge We will replace a lost or stolen SmartCard if you pay $100.
SMARTCARDS. 5.1.1 The Service Provider shall provide SmartCards for use with the London Cycle Hire Scheme that a) provide functionality equivalent to ISO 14443 A and B; and b) are compatible with the SmartCard Reader installed in the Docking Points. 5.1.2 The Service Provider shall brand the SmartCards as specified by TTL.

SMARTCARDS. 64.1 The Franchisee shall use all reasonable endeavours to achieve the minimum uptake of smartcards (as an aggregate of ITSO, Oyster/CPAY and NXET EMV) from the dates set out in the table below: 56% 25 February 2016 65 79% 25 February 2017 66 88% 25 February 2018 67 64.2 By 31 December 2017, the Franchisee shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that functionality of smartcards extends to other non-transport applications.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Cameras NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor(s) or their Authorized Dealer(s) and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the resulting Master Agreement(s).   • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT. 10.2.4.1 Passwords must never be shared or disclosed. If a password is accidentally exposed or suspected of exposure, the password should be changed immediately. 10.2.4.2 All passwords must be changed on a specified, periodic basis. 10.2.4.3 Default passwords provided by the vendor for access to applications/systems on the network must be changed to unique and secret passwords. 10.2.4.4 Immediately inform the Information Technology Service Desk when user accounts are no longer required or will not be used for a period of 30 days or more. 10.2.4.5 All accounts not used for 90 days will be automatically disabled.
