Smoke Free Environment. In the interest of maintaining a smoke-free environment, smoking or any other use of tobacco products is prohibited in all District buildings and vehicles at all times; smoking or any other use of tobacco products is also prohibited on all other District grounds/property during, immediately before, and immediately after the bargaining unit member's assigned duty hours.
