Common use of Smoke Free Environment Clause in Contracts

Smoke Free Environment. 40.1 In the interests of customer service and legal responsibilities, the Employer and employees agree to maintain a smoke free working environment in all buildings, company vehicles, and at the premises of clients. 40.2 Employees may be permitted to smoke only in restricted areas if designated by the Employer for this purpose. Failure to comply with the rules for maintaining a smoke free environment shall result in disciplinary action including termination of employment. Part 7 – Termination of Employment
