SMOKE FREE POLICY. Novartis Diagnostics has adopted a smoke-free policy to provide a healthier environment for employees and visitors. The policy provides that smoking is not permitted at any time on or at any Novartis Diagnostics U.S. site and applies to all companies, subcontractors and agents visiting or providing services on or at Novartis Diagnostics U.S. premises (“Smoke Free Policy”). Each party shall ensure that its employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives observe the Smoke Free Policy at all times while on or at Novartis Diagnostics’ U.S. premises. Failure to comply with the Smoke Free Policy may result in the offending individual(s) being directed to leave the premises.
SMOKE FREE POLICY. In accordance with local ordinance, the Xxxxxxxx Center is a smoke-free facility. Further, in accordance with policies of the University, the entire campus is a smoke-free environment. Guests and employees desiring the use of tobacco and any like product must do so in their private vehicles. The Client agrees to notify its agents, representatives, and guests of the “no smoking” policy and further agrees to assist the University in general enforcement.

The term “smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette or other tobacco product, or the chewing of any tobacco product, in any manner or in any form. Tenant expressly acknowledges and agrees that smoking is prohibited in any area of the Premises or the Project, both private and common, whether enclosed or outdoors. This policy applies to Tenant and all of Tenant’s patients, guests, physicians, employees, invitees, agents, servicepersons and invitees.
SMOKE FREE POLICY. Smoking is prohibited and you must adhere to the Public Health Wales NHS Trust No Smoking Policy at all times. A copy of this policy is available from your manager or the Human Resources Department.
SMOKE FREE POLICY. This policy applies to all employees, residents, household members, guests, and service persons. Residents are responsible for ensuring that household members and guests comply with this rule. Smoking is prohibited in all units and interior areas, including but not limited to hallways, offices, community rooms, laundry rooms and similar areas. Smoking is also prohibited in outdoor areas within 25 feet from housing and office buildings. At smoke-free properties, you must be on the public sidewalk or other non- Homes for Good property to smoke.
SMOKE FREE POLICY. Residence halls maintain a smoke-free environment. Smoking, vaping, and the use of hookahs or marijuana are strictly prohibited within the halls. Designated smoking areas are available outside the halls for those who choose to smoke or use an electronic nicotine delivery system (vapes, e-cigs, etc). Electronic nicotine delivery systems (vapes and e-cigs) are prohibited in the residence halls due to fire safety concerns. Marijuana and hookah use are prohibited on campus.
