Soil Report Sample Clauses

Soil Report. If requested by Lender, Borrower shall have furnished to Lender, at Borrower's expenses, a soil report for the Property in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, prepared by a registered engineer satisfactory to Lender stating that the Property is free from soil or other geological conditions that would preclude its use or development as contemplated without extra expense for precautionary, corrective or remedial measures.

Soil Report. A reasonably acceptable soil report for the Collateral Property prepared by a licensed soil engineer, showing the location of all borings and containing recommendations for the design of foundations, paved areas, and underground utilities.
Soil Report. Design/Builder shall retain an independent testing agency to perform subsurface exploration (soil borings) and prepare an engineered foundation report (Soil Report) for the proposed project. Building design and site preparation shall conform to the requirements of the Soil Report. Field conditions encountered that are substantially different form those described in the Soil Report will result in an equitable adjustment to the Contract Price.
Soil Report. Unless otherwise specifically provided, when a soils investigation report obtained from test holes at the Site is available, such report shall not be a part of this Contract. Soil Report. If the Project Property is the Mortgaged Property or if GMAC has made other loans that are secured by the applicable Project Property, an assessment of the soil comprising the Project Property performed by a licensed soil engineer reasonably satisfactory to GMAC indicating that all areas on which any improvements are to be located are either sufficient for the construction of same thereon or can be made sufficient through specific engineering and earth-moving work described therein, the cost of which is included in the Cost Analysis.
Soil Report. The Administrative Agent shall have received a soil report, prepared by an engineering or similar firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent, satisfactory in form and substance to it, demonstrating to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent that the soil underlying the Borrower's Project will adequately support the Improvements of such Project when constructed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications applicable thereto.
