Common use of Sole Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Sole Arbitrator. The Employer and the Union may, by mutual agreement, in writing, substitute a sole Arbitrator for the Board of Arbitration herein and the sole Arbitrator shall possess the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as the Board of Arbitration.

Sole Arbitrator. The Employer Board and the Union may, by mutual written agreement, in writing, substitute a sole Arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties for the Board of Arbitration provided for herein and the sole Arbitrator shall possess the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as the Board of Arbitration.

Sole Arbitrator. ‌ The Employer and the Union may, by mutual written agreement, in writing, substitute a named sole Arbitrator for the Board of Arbitration Arbitration, provided for in provision 12.01 herein and the sole Arbitrator shall possess the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as the Board of Arbitration.

Said Arbitrator shall possess the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as the Board of Arbitration.
