Common use of Sole Bargaining Agent Clause in Contracts

Sole Bargaining Agent. The District recognizes the Association as sole bargaining agent for all regularly employed professional-technical employees, including, but not necessarily limited to, employees holding the positions listed in Appendix E of this Agreement, excluding certificated employees, office- clerical employees, paraeducators, grounds and maintenance employees, bus drivers, custodians, food service employees, supervisors, and confidential employees. The District agrees to work collaboratively with the representatives of the Association with respect to wages, benefits, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.

The District agrees to work collaboratively with the representatives of the Association with respect to wages, benefits, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.
