Common use of Sole Bargaining Agent Clause in Contracts

Sole Bargaining Agent. ‌ The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all Em ployees in the bargaining unit. No bargaining unit Employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer which conflicts with the terms of this agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.
