SOUND TRACK REGULATIONS. (a) The Producer agrees that all music sound track already recorded, or which will be recorded prior to the expiration of this Agreement, will not be used at any time for any purpose whatsoever except to accompany the picture for which the music sound track was originally prepared, with the following exceptions:

SOUND TRACK REGULATIONS. A. The Producer will not use or deal with sound track made hereunder for any purpose whatsoever except to accompany the program for which such sound track was originally produced and except as provided in Exhibit I, Paragraph Q and subparagraphs C and F, hereof and as provided for in the New Media Addendum. Without regard to the duration of this agreement, and except as provided for in this agreement and the New Media Addendum, the Producer shall not dub or give permission to others so to do any sound track and/or images containing performances by persons covered by this agreement for any other purpose unless agreement is reached with the Federation to do so.

  • Governmental Regulations Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of the Borrower is subject to regulation under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, as amended, the Federal Power Act, as amended, or the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of the Borrower is subject to any statute or regulation which prohibits or restricts the incurrence of Indebtedness under the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, statutes or regulations relative to common or contract carriers or to the sale of electricity, gas, steam, water, telephone, telegraph or other public utility services.

  • General Regulations A. Excessively loud speakers and sound displays are not permitted, and BAC Productions shall have the right to reject any exhibit which does not, in its sole, and reasonable opinion, conform to the general tenor of the show.

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Other Governmental Regulations To the extent that this Agreement may be funded by fiscal assistance from another governmental entity, Consultant and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations to which City is bound by the terms of such fiscal assistance program.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program.   • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
