Space Use. The Park District hereby grants to User a limited revocable license (“the License”) to reserve Ashland County Park District Community Room (“the Space”). The License permits the User to use the Space only on the Event Date, during the hours specified below, and only for the purposes set forth in the Agreement. The User and the public may use other areas of the building at the same time including the lobby, restrooms, pavilion, and outdoor space. The User agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to the Space caused by the User or guests.
Space Use. 3-D artists will be provided with a pedestal or floor space; jewelry artists (and 3-D artists with small works) will be provided with space in a display case. Maximum hanging size for 2D art is 16" x 20". This does not include frame, if needed. Artist agrees to not remove or exchange works of art during the term of this agreement and to replace sold pieces within seven (7) days.

Space Use. The provisions of this section E apply, in addition to any other applicable section, in the event that a County Schedule provides that Customer has use of designated space in a Security Union facility for such County. E.1. DESK SPACE, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES (a) DESK AND EQUIPMENT SPACE; AUTHORIZED USE. Security Union agrees to make available, at Security Union's facility, certain office space for desks and equipment as may be reasonably necessary to be used by employees of Customer for the purpose of permitting physical access to the Title Records maintained at such facility in tangible form to the extent set forth on the applicable County Schedule. Customer shall use such office space solely to perform Title Searches of specific parcels of real property which are the subject of Title Orders to Customer or normal customer service provided by Customer. Customer functions not related to performing a Title Search, including without limitation the actual examination of the title and the process of "writing up" a title examination, are not to be performed at a Security Union facility.
Space Use. (a) The Park Board commits to providing space in the JOF to support the operations of the VBGA. At the discretion of the Garden Director, the Park Board may also provide temporary additional spaces and accommodate ad hoc requests subject to space availability. All VBGA requests will be reasonably considered. (b) Use of space in the JOF has been split into “Approved Spaces” and “Subject to Approval Spaces”. The Parties have agreed that Appendix B (Current Space Use) will be a living document that reflects current space usage and will be updated as part of Annual Operation Planning to reflect any changes in space use, as approved by the Garden Director. (c) Priority for use of spaces will be based on the advancement of the Strategic Plan in the following order: (1) garden access; (2) Educational Programming; and (3) rentals and events. This prioritization is not intended to impact Approved Spaces used for office administration purposes by VBGA as outlined in Appendix B (Current Space Use). (d) In the case of an unforeseen event that reduced the total available space in the JOF, the Park Board will use every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of both parties.
Space Use. During the Space Use Period, Assignee shall pay the Space Use Costs to Assignor on a monthly basis, at least five (5) calendar days prior to the beginning of the applicable month.
Space Use. PRODUCER will have access to the Theater and Basement. The Basement is used as a green room for PRODUCER’s personnel only. Members of the audience or other general public will not enter the Basement.
Space Use. Fire is not allowed inside Qu’Appelle Valley Centre for the Arts - this includes candles, incense, or any other flame, open or closed. Renter is responsible for the space they rent and the removal of all garbage after events. Renter must leave the space in a clean, neat, and secure condition. The Renter is responsible for picking up all equipment and artwork promptly after their event. The Renter may not use the QVCA for purposes not stated herein.
Space Use. Seller intends to use the City Space for public library, municipal office and other City and Agency related public uses and purposes.
