Exhibition Requirements. Exhibitor is responsible for work to be delivered to gallery in proper condition, framed and wired in a professional manner (no saw-tooth hangers). • Exhibitor should take into consideration that the gallery door opening is 34”w x 82”h. The door cannot be removed. • Shipping, packing, unpacking, installing and repacking of art work are the total responsibility of the artist (NO PACKING PEANUTS). • Exhibitor must be present to unpack, install and de-install the exhibit or arrange for someone to do it. NAWA staff will not be responsible for this work. • Installation hardware is provided and a limited number of pedestals are available. Please check with NAWA for sizes of available pedestals and for a Gallery floor plan. • Sales are conducted directly between NAWA and the buyer. NAWA retains a 30% commission on all sales, and the artist receives 70%. • Exhibitor(s) renting the gallery is/are responsible for patching and painting the walls when de-installation is complete, unless other arrangements have been made with a professional or with NAWA personnel. The Gallery must be in a near perfect condition for the next exhibitor. • Artist is responsible for all reception costs (food and wine), and clean up after reception. ADVERTISING • NAWA advertises each show in Art Times, NYC Gallery Guide and many online art sites. ($400 value). • Any other advertising or PR costs are solely the responsibility of the exhibitor. • Exhibitor must provide information for a press release to NAWA within 2 months of exhibition, for distribution in the tri-state area. We will supply template for the press release. • For publicity, exhibitor must submit two JPGS: 300 dpi, no larger than 1800 pixels in any direction, and a short bio/artist statement relating to the exhibit, also within 2 months of opening date. • Exhibitor is responsible for creating and printing invitation postcards and any other graphic materials, subject to approval by the NAWA Gallery Coordinator. The invitation must include the NAWA registered trademark logo, which will be inserted by the office once the invitation card is approved and completed. • The NAWA office requires 150 invitation cards for its promotional mailing list. • The office can assist with invitation cards for an additional fee. • NAWA will send your invitations to its membership, the Board of Directors, supporters, promoters and to the outside mailing list. Exhibition Requirements. Licensee shall exhibit each Early Window Title in at least one dedicated exhibition space with other Third Party Early Window Pictures (provided, that in other exhibition spaces, Licensee may list “early window” or “pre-DVD” titles (including Early Window Titles) with titles that are not “early window” or “pre-DVD”), including primary placement on the Licensed Service menu. In addition, solely in the event Licensee has not pushed an Early Window Title using the Push Video-On-Demand Platform, Licensee shall broadcast any such Early Window Title for purposes of exhibition on the Directv Flix Platform at least once every twelve consecutive hours of such Early Window Title’s Early Window License Period. Without limiting the foregoing, solely for Early Window Titles, Licensor shall be provided exhibition placement on each platform on the Licensed Service (i.e., Directv Flix Platform, Push Video-On-Demand Platform, Directv-On-Demand Platform and the Satellite Platform) that is at least as favorable to Licensor as the placement generally offered to any other content licensor for comparable Third Party Early Window Pictures (comparability to be measured by (a) the proximity of a film’s availability date to its theatrical release date and (b) solely as it relates to placement on the Push Video-On-Demand Platform, similar Domestic Box Office Receipts (i.e., within $30 million)) on such platform. For clarity, the availability of Early Window Titles as part of the Early Window Test (and the exhibition requirements related thereto) shall be in addition to, and shall not affect, the availability of the same titles on a Pay- Per-View or Video-On-Demand basis on the Licensed Service (and the exhibition requirements related thereto) during the “standard window” pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Original Agreement.

Exhibition Requirements. Artworks: Artworks exhibited must not demonstrate eroticism and must be suitable for all viewers. If there are any questions concerning the suitability of the artwork please contact the Executive Director. RBCA reserves the right to reject any artwork on the day of the installation. In addition, the artwork(s) shown in the exhibition may not differ from the artwork(s) submitted in the artist’s original application to RBCA. Artwork must have been created within the last three years, and not previously exhibited at RBCA. Artworks accepted into the exhibition cannot be withdrawn from the exhibition prior to end of exhibition date. Reproduction of Artwork: Artist agrees to give RBCA permission to reproduce artwork in the exhibition for publicity and marketing purposes.

Exhibition Requirements. Licensee shall dedicate prime exhibition space for each Early Window Title as determined by Licensor, including primary placement on the VOD Service menu. Without limiting the foregoing, solelySolely for Early Window Titles during the Early Window Test Term, Licensor shall be provided exhibition placement that is at least as favorable to Licensor asgenerally consistent with the placement generally offered to any other content licensor for films in a similar “early window” or “pre-DVD” films, provided that Licensor complies with all terms and conditions agreed to by such other content licensor that are directly related to such placement.
