Special Actor responsibilities. Community members have access to the SELEAC Portal content (SCOs) and can use the content in their normal teaching operations. Members are expected to contribute to expand and develop the Forum. There are two main ways to contribute: finding new members and creating content, This can be by creating new content or by updating and modifying the existing content as well as by participating in the quality validation workflow (validator, chief editor) and by giving feedback of exeriences in using the material in teaching. The following terms apply to the content usage by the forum members: By submitting the content into the system, the author - grants Forum member the right to use the material for learning and teaching in their normal teaching and training operations either - directly via the Portal eLearning facility or - by downloading the content to be used in members' local eLearning systems, or - as printed PDFs - grants Forum member the right to download the source file and translate or modify it (if the format permits it) according to their needs. The Member who has modified or translated the content is required to upload the modified or translated version back to the system with a reference to the original content. - grants Forum member the right to appoint a new owner from among the current members to his/her content if he/she no longer is the member of the community. If no new owner is appointed by the time the membership ends, the chief editor takes the ownership. - accepts that the content will remain in the portal and may be used by current and future community members also after he/she or his/her organisation no longer is a SELEAC forum member. - accepts that a corrected version or a new version of his or her content can be uploaded into Portal by his or her successor, by the validators or chief editors in the system. - guarantees that he/she does not import any such new content that he/she does not have copyright to, or a written permission from the copyright owner to import into the system. This applies to whole documents or other content items, such as videos or animations and pictures, and to their components, such as embedded images. The written permission is to be sent to the chief editor to whose area the content belongs.   • Contractor Responsibilities 19.1. Contractor shall perform national criminal history checks for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and 10-panel drug screening tests on all prospective employees performing work under this RFP or coming onto a CMHA property and any resulting contract and provide summaries of the results to the Authority if requested. For the purposes of this section, the term “employees” includes contractor. Prospective employees whose criminal background check discloses a misdemeanor or felony involving crimes of moral turpitude, sexual offenses or harm to persons or property shall not be employed to perform work under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor is required to perform drug screening of all employees and to ensure acceptable test results. Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor. Any employee of the Contractor suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol will be reported to the appropriate personnel at CMHA and/or other local law enforcement. If the employee is determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any form or manner, or believed by proper authority to be dealing in illicit sale of alcohol or drugs they will be removed and shall not be allowed to return to any job site on the Authority’s property. The Contractor’s contract may be suspended and/or terminated should such a situation occur or if the Contractor fails to submit results pursuant to this section.
