Common use of Special Allowance Clause in Contracts

Special Allowance. 21.01 Whenever a member is required to attend a special course of instruction which necessitates a stay at the location at which the course is being presented, he shall be paid an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per day of course attendance, in addition to all other expenses and allowance.[2004]
