Special Allowance. 1:01 Consultants shall receive an allowance in addition to basic salary which shall be 10% of basic salary. 1:02 Coordinators shall receive an allowance in addition to basic salary which shall be 24% of basic salary. An in-school administrator who assumes a Coordinator role shall receive an allowance that is not less than what they received in their last school assignment. 1:03 An administrator assigned on a temporary basis to the Education Centre in a supervisory role shall receive an allowance equal to the allowance they would be paid in the school to which they were last assigned. 1:04 The LINC Agreement shall be reopened at the request of either party to establish allowances for central office administrators who may be in-scope, and other personnel for whom this agreement has not made provisions.
