Special Events & Recognition Committee. The MSUASC Special Events & Recognition Committee shall develop and implement plans for special events on campus and create awareness of community service opportunities available for staff. This committee shall propose a schedule of events for the year. The Special Events & Recognition Committee shall also be tasked with ensuring all staff at MSU are welcomed and valued members of the MSU community by recognizing excellence through a variety of programs promoting and acknowledging the hardworking staff at MSU. This committee shall be responsible for the creating & distributing of new employee welcome kits. This committee shall be comprised of a chair and two council members appointed through the Governance Committee.

The Special Events & Recognition Committee shall also be tasked with ensuring all staff at MSU are welcomed and valued members of the MSU community by recognizing excellence through a variety of programs promoting and acknowledging the hardworking staff at MSU. This committee shall be responsible for the creating & distributing of new employee welcome kits. This committee shall be comprised of a chair and two council members appointed through the Governance Committee.

  • Determinations and Actions by the Board of Directors All actions, calculations and determinations (including all omissions with respect to the foregoing) which are done or made by the Board of Directors in good faith pursuant to this Agreement, shall not subject the Board of Directors to any liability to the holders of the Rights.
