Specialized Training. In consideration of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide to Executive specialized training and knowledge that is proprietary to the Company and is necessary to the performance of Executive’s job duties with the Company, which specialized training and knowledge is not otherwise known by Executive, the knowledge of which would provide a competitor with an unfair advantage over the Company. This specialized training will include the provision of certain Confidential Information (as defined below) to Executive, including instruction in the Company’s proprietary learning programs, curricula development and teacher training, as well as exposure to the Company’s business methods and operations.
