SPLITTING OF ANNUAL VACATIONS. (a) All employees are entitled to split their annual vacation entitlement into as many segments as they have weeks of entitlement in any year, providing that each segment shall consist of one or more full weeks.

SPLITTING OF ANNUAL VACATIONS. (a) All employees are entitled to split their annual vacation entitlement into two (2) segments, but in the absence of the Employer's express written consent, an employee may not split his/her annual vacation entitlement into more than two (2) segments.

  • Splitting of Vacation Periods ‌ Annual vacation for employees with 10 days’ vacation or more shall be granted in one continuous period but may, upon request from the employee, be divided, subject to the approval of the Employer, provided that the following shall apply:

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Payment of Annual Leave (a) If an employee takes annual leave during a period, the annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Taking of Annual Leave (a) An employee is entitled to take an amount of annual leave during a particular period if:
