Sponsorship Fees. Exhibit A to this Sponsorship Agreement shall identify the following with respect to sponsorship fees paid by Sponsor: (i) the total amount of the sponsorship fees to be paid by the Sponsor; (ii) the amount and timing of payments to be made by Sponsor; and (iii) a description of any in-kind contributions to be made by the Sponsor, if applicable.

(b) During the second year of the Initial Term, Jutvision will make twelve (12) equal monthly payments of [*].
(c) During the third year of the Initial Term, Jutvision will make twelve (12) equal monthly payments of [*].
Sponsorship Fees. For the advertising and other rights described herein, Constellation shall pay to the HOF Entities total combined sponsorship fees (the “Sponsorship Fees”) and total combined annual activation fund proceeds (the “Annual Activation Fund Proceeds”) in the amounts and on the dates set forth on Exhibit H, in addition to any other amounts required by the terms of this Agreement. Annual Activation Funds are to be used in each calendar year. Unused funds are not rolled into future contract years. In the event Constellation fails to pay to the HOF Entities when due any sum required by this Agreement to be paid, whether pursuant to this Section 3.4 or otherwise, interest shall accrue from the date due on the unpaid amount at the rate of [***] per month or, if less, the highest rate permitted by law.
Sponsorship Fees. 4.1 The Sponsorship Fee is as set out in the Sponsorship Prospectus and is indicative only.
4.2 The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsorship Fee may increase at the time of invoicing form the amount set out in the Sponsorship Prospectus. Notwithstanding this potential variation, the Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee as invoiced and any increase remains the sole responsibility of the Sponsor.
4.3 The Sponsor agrees make the Payments in accordance with this Agreement.
4.4 Upon receipt of written acceptance of the Sponsorship Package, the Organiser will issue an Invoice for 50% of the Sponsorship Fee which must be paid within ten (10) days of the Invoice date.
4.5 The balance of the Sponsorship Fee is payable by the Sponsor to the Organiser on or before 17 January 2020.
4.6 The terms of payment on the Invoice may only be altered as agreed in writing by the Organiser.
4.7 The Sponsorship Fee does not include conference registrations or access to delegate lists unless expressly stated as a Sponsor benefit to the Sponsor by the Organiser.
Sponsorship Fees. IQCS Pilot Program Block subsidies for Blocks during the Term of the Sponsorship cost $490,000 per 500 Block subsidy. Any Sponsor Block acquired by Sponsor subsidization that remain unsubscribed by Income-Qualified Customers will be refunded at the end of each calendar year throughout the Term of the Sponsorship. Sponsor may choose one of two options for the payment of fees in connection with its Sponsorship: • Pay in Full: A one-time payment of $445,000 per 500 Block increment, due at the time of execution of this Agreement.
Sponsorship Fees. Sponsorship Fees. (a) Beginning as of the First Amendment Effective Date, Company shall pay BofA a fee (the “Sponsorship Fee”) equal to [***] basis points of the dollar volume of credit and signature debit transactions processed through the BINs and ICAs currently used by Company, which are the subject of the Sponsorship Services. BofA shall invoice Company for Sponsorship Fees on a monthly basis, and Company shall pay each invoice within fifteen (15) days.
(b) The Sponsorship Fees is in addition to any other fees, fines, assessments and expenses that may be imposed by a Network, for which Company is responsible under the Agreement, notwithstanding that such fees, fines, assessments or expenses may be imposed on BofA or other third-party service providers rather than directly imposed on Company.
