Staff Request. An employee who requests a transfer to a different job category, if accepted for the new position, shall receive the rate of pay for the new job category, whether it be higher or lower, commencing the date of his actual transfer.

New Survey Requested Buyer will, at the ☐ Seller’s ☐ Buyer’s ☐ Shared expense and within a timeframe allowed to deliver and examine title evidence, obtain a certified survey of the Property from a certified and registered surveyor within the State. If the survey reveals encroachments on the Property or that the improvements encroach on the lands of another, such encroachments will constitute a title defect.
